Recap last week and share today’s goal: “I can sign in from another device, find my files, and say what to do if it will not let me in.”. Show a quick example of reaching your work from home to hook interest and check what pupils already know.

Model the key steps on the board using Web browser and OneDriveWeb browser and Google DriveWeb browser and iCloud Drive. Think aloud, name the buttons and menus, and show one common mistake and how to fix it.

Pupils work on today’s task — reaching your work from home — using Web browser and OneDriveWeb browser and Google DriveWeb browser and iCloud Drive. Use the prepared materials: The sign-in address written where pupils can copy it down; a take-home card with the steps and who to ask for help. Circulate, prompt against the success criteria, and pair finishers with pupils who need support.

Pupils check their work against the “I can…” objective, save and tidy up, then share one thing that went well and one to improve. Preview next week.

Pre-open the app and any files, give a printed step-by-step, and pair with a confident partner. Keep the focus on the core “I can…”.
