The course as a document

Print & export

The same course, laid out as a document you can print, save as a PDF, or keep in a scheme-of-work folder — written in the apps your school actually uses.

Documents will be written for Microsoft 365Google Workspace for EducationApple (iPad-led)

Every app name, tip and prep note in the document follows this choice — a Google school gets Google Docs and Drive, an iPad school gets Pages and Files. Change it here or with the picker at the top of any page.

Not sure which is closest? The apps page puts the three side by side.

Five documents

Two ways to get it out

Print, or save as PDF

Open a document and use Print or save as PDF. The page prints as a document: no navigation, no colours to drink your toner, tables that repeat their headings across pages and rows that do not split. Choosing “Save as PDF” as the printer gives you a PDF to email or file.

Download the file

Download the file saves a single HTML file with your platform's wording baked in and the styling inside it. It opens in any browser with no internet connection, and both Word and Google Docs will open it if you would rather edit than print. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — the file is built in your browser.
