    Recap last week and share today’s goal: “I can co-author and add data to our project.”. Show a quick example of project (2): create to hook interest and check what pupils already know.

  2. Teach & model8 min

    Model the key steps on the board using Word for the web and ExcelGoogle Docs (co-editing) and Google SheetsPages (co-editing) and Numbers. Think aloud, name the buttons and menus, and show one common mistake and how to fix it.

  3. Practise13 min

    Pupils work on today’s task — project (2): create — using Word for the web and ExcelGoogle Docs (co-editing) and Google SheetsPages (co-editing) and Numbers. Use the prepared materials: A shared document and Excel sheet; copyright-free imagesA shared document and Google Sheets file; copyright-free imagesA shared document and Numbers spreadsheet; copyright-free images. Circulate, prompt against the success criteria, and pair finishers with pupils who need support.

  4. Review & reflect4 min

    Pupils check their work against the “I can…” objective, save and tidy up, then share one thing that went well and one to improve. Preview next week.
