  1. Connect5 min

    Recap last week and share today’s goal: “I can attach a file and open an attachment safely.”. Show a quick example of attachments to hook interest and check what pupils already know.

  2. Teach & model8 min

    Model the key steps on the board using Outlook and OneDriveGmail and Google DriveMail and iCloud Drive. Think aloud, name the buttons and menus, and show one common mistake and how to fix it.

  3. Practise13 min

    Pupils work on today’s task — attachments — using Outlook and OneDriveGmail and Google DriveMail and iCloud Drive. Use the prepared materials: A file in OneDrive to attach; an email with an attachment pre-sentA file in Google Drive to attach; an email with an attachment pre-sentA file in iCloud Drive to attach; an email with an attachment pre-sent. Circulate, prompt against the success criteria, and pair finishers with pupils who need support.

  4. Review & reflect4 min

    Pupils check their work against the “I can…” objective, save and tidy up, then share one thing that went well and one to improve. Preview next week.
