Show a quick example of mouse, keyboard & touch to hook interest and check what pupils already know.

  2. Teach & model8 min

    Model the key steps on the board using WordGoogle DocsPages. Think aloud, name the buttons and menus, and show one common mistake and how to fix it.

  3. Practise13 min

    Pupils work on today’s task — mouse, keyboard & touch — using WordGoogle DocsPages. Use the prepared materials: Short practice text for pupils to copy and edit; typing warm-up prompts. Circulate, prompt against the success criteria, and pair finishers with pupils who need support.

  4. Review & reflect4 min

    Pupils check their work against the “I can…” objective, save and tidy up, then share one thing that went well and one to improve. Preview next week.
